Heh…that’s wonderful. Everyone I know loves dumplings! Seriously, think about it–almost every culture I know of has some variation of the dumpling:
pierogi
gnocchi
pot stickers
gyoza
dim sum
ravioli
etc etc..
God I’m hungry now.
