Cool! I could use some guidance in this area. So far, my sophisticated 2-step system of pairing wine with food is this:
1) open bottle of wine
2) eat some food
No, Kat! How many times do I have to tell you, you’ve got to pick the appropriate flavor of Mad Dog 20/20 to go with your meat. For example, grape goes with beef, orange with chicken, etc.
That looks tasty. The wine, I mean.
