I’m back.

I’ve decided to begin writing over at the blog that has my real name, rather than here, where I’ve been using an alias. No more! I am revealing who I really am.

I’m Tiger Woods.

No, actually my real name is Patrick, and I’m picking up the ol’ blogging over at chizeck.com. I’m leaving this site up, but hopefully you’ll visit me at my new home and say hello.

As you may have guessed.

The Chicago Tribune reported today that several reasonably famous people have been approached to contribute in purchasing the Chicago Cubs from the Tribune Company (which of course owns the Chicago Tribune– seems a little circular). Names mentioned include Bill Murray, John Cusack and Jim Belushi. The Idea of Progress has obtained the original list of Chicago natives and celebrities who ended up not being invited:

• Jose Padilla
• Ira Glass
• Grant Miller
• Mr. T
• Joan Cusack
• R. Kelly

It’s apparently because he hasn’t done enough stuff.

“Actually, I go by DJ Jim Belushi Jr.”
